We suggest setting your browser's default font (if possible) to a
sans-serif type face (such as Geneva or Helvetica) in order to
easily read the information on this site.
TO PRINT:
Netscape 2.0 supports frames, but not printing from a frame
window. In order to allow you to do this, we've added an 
button at the bottom of each page
which takes you out of the frame for that document. To get back
to the frames for navigation, simply press the BACK button on
your browser. (Using the regular navigation links from here will
only get you to half-windows.) This problem is supposedly fixed
with Netscape 3.0.
